Not to mention the fact that this wondrous event was so unorganized.
The starting times for the event were originally as follows:
Freshmen Recognition: 6:00
PM
Sophomore Recognition: 7:00 PM
Junior Recognition: 8:00 PM
Now, apparently the school changed its mind and decided
to just recognize everyone at once, so the times were then changed to one time, 6:00 PM.
So, during the past weekend, the school phoned most every invited
student's home with a pre-recorded message about the change. Since Monday, every day has had a morning announcement about
the time change. And with all of that, they still had the wits to print out a horribly typed and equally edited letter for
every invited student on paper, a resource that has dwindled to practically nothing in the past month. GRC is so low
on paper that they are sending midterms out in waves. Theres only a week of school left and people are just now receiving
midterms. And they waste this precious paper on superfluous announcements? What a bunch of morons.
Screw it, I'm going to go eat some beef jerky.
